Once you have made that first move, the work we would undertake together might consist of weekly or fortnightly sessions of one hour. At the end of the first session we will review your experience with me so far and discuss whether or not you wish to continue. If you do, then we will arrange dates for a number of further sessions which we agree on. After which we would again review. Nothing is dictated; we work at your pace.
In my roles as counsellor, trainer or supervisor my aim is to draw out your strengths and resources in terms of communication in order to enhance your relationships, both personal and professional. In this way, you may become more self reliant; your relationships will improve, and your new sense of well being may well be a beneficial influence to those in your life and others in your wider circle of friends, students and colleagues.
