Hello

Hello I’m Frankie Hudson. Welcome to my website.

As a counsellor I offer help and support to people with specific difficulties and to those with a more general sense of life not working for them.  So, if you feel this describes you, please read on.

I work with individuals and couples. I also have many years’ experience of helping young people.

I know how hard it can be to make that first call and ask for help; it can feel a bit like a leap in the dark. Sometimes it feels easier to pretend – or hope – the confusion or hurt will just go away And I appreciate that, when we’re not in a good space and we can’t see how anything can possibly get better, counselling can seem a frightening prospect.

As a supervisor I offer clinical support to counsellors and trainees, social workers and trainees, and agency advisers supporting people working with drug and alcohol problems.

As trainer, at the moment I’m working in schools with groups of teachers, teaching assistants and support workers; I’ve recently worked with groups of NHS nurses and receptionists in health clinics and social work settings.

As facilitator, I offer time to groups of professionals for discussion and exploration of their work and their roles in the organisation.

The focus of all my work is to enable and support people in thier relationships – with your loved ones, your friends, your professional colleagues, and, maybe strangely, with yourself

I can be contacted by email at frankiehudson182@gmail.com, by phone on 0117 9738900 or you can call or text me on 07726924033. If I am not available, please leave your contact details and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.
